Located at the newly revamped Leisure Park shopping mall at Kallang, Huang Jia is probably Singapore’s best kept secret for traditional Cantonese cuisine in a stylish, contemporary setting.

 

Since it opened last year, Huang Jia has recently introduced various new items to keep guests coming back for more. Highly recommended dishes are the Braised Shark’s Fins with Crab Roe and the star attraction – the sizzling Imperial Black Pepper Baked Lobster in Claypot which is cooked in a heady concoction of black pepper, seven herbs and Chinese wine.
