The chef at the helm is Chef Chan from Hong Kong Marco Polo and Ah Yi Abalone. Chef Chan has more than 30 years’ culinary experience. On top of renown dishes such as the signature charcoal steamboat and chili and black pepper crabs, the banked crab in curry cheese sauce is a must try.
