Located in the modern building designed by architect Norman Foster, The Knolls, an all-day fine dining restaurant, provides an intimate atmosphere with a spectacular view of the South China Sea. It offers an unparalleled service and a unique, cultural food affair; guests can partake in family style dining as they sample dishes from menus inspired by the best in international and traditional Singaporean cuisine. Culinary delights from regions around the world are available as well as an extensive array of both international and local a la carte dishes.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus include tantalizing combinations of Western, Japanese, Indian and local flavors. Have a leisurely family meal on the terrace overlooking the reflecting pools and distant sea, where our attentive staff will cater to your every whim. You are also welcome to join us for Afternoon Tea featuring more than 30 types of rare and unique teas and savour them with our Colonial English and Peranakan tea-time favourites.
Buffet is available every Sunday 12pm to 2:30pm, $98 per person.
