MOF has many outlets in shopping malls and its own paid membership system. Members get to enjoy discounts on selected menu items as well as monthly promotions on top of a direct cash rebate system.

The tempura set was comfort food. The chicken pot was surprisingly odd and stood out like a sore thumb. It resembled some random fried-chicken soaked in light soya sauce, all too well to accompany the bowl of plain rice.

Hiyashi Ramen is a noodle served cold with varied toppings. The light and chilled sauce laced over the ramen was sufficient and for spicy fans, add in a dollop of wasabi yourself for the kick. What stood out in this dish was the braised pork cubes that were tender and extremely flavourful. Some cubes were  lean and mean while others had some inviting fats that heightened the texture. Hiyashi Ramen is highly recommended for individual consumption or to be shared as starters!

Salads in MOF come in either single or 3people portion and have non-vegetarian ones too. This salad is remarkable for its unique dressing that was laced with wasabi and slightly runny. Crunch was derived from the cucumber and shredded cabbage which complimented the smoothness of tofu and avocado.
