You've got to love the fish

I've been to this restaurant since I was 10, and there is one dish I will always order - the chef's recommendation, the Hong Kong fish head. For that type of fish, the problem is always the muddy smell, but these guys are a master at cooking it.  It makes every visit worth it.

Other dishes I would recommend include:

- Prawn paste chicken

- Oatmeal Prawns 

The pai kok wong (pork ribs) is also pretty good. 

The ambience of the place is fair, with its cavernos hall, you do feel like you're eating in what used to be a school hall.  That said, the bright, simple atmosphere is always welcoming, while the service is above average Chinese restaurant service.
